Case Study

For this renovation, we laid a engineered walnut floor, painted all walls and woodwork, fitted a feature fireplace and wall panelling. We also upgraded wall and pendant lights and the radiator. Next we furnished the room with contemporary furniture including travertine tables a statement leather chair by West Elm. We finished the room with a range of soft furnishings, art, lamps and unique objet d'art. The room is approximately 12’ x 11’ and for this makeover is £6940 inclusive of all labour and materials, furnishing and styling.
